tdy was different.
Olivia (asisstant coach) asked us to have mental training.
mental training = mentally torturing!
she just came back from overseas not long ago.
she say Greenwhich also can do this mental training then we must do also.
sighs.
everyone had to stand up and stare at the wall without moving or talking for 20 mins.
i was standing in front of a metal thingy.
a lot of holes. i see alrdy headache lehs!
i almost vomitted larhs!
somemore for 20 mins leh!
the after standing, have to sit for 25 mins!
can die lehs!
i almost fell asleep larhs.
then somemore in front of me got spider.
so many people felt like sleeping. lol!
after mental training, its time for PHYSICAL training.
started off with push ups and sit ups at the canteen.
irritating ppl kept interupting.
then AFTERTHT, one senior came.
wakao. wonder how he do the push ups larh.
so down and straight.
then he ask us drop 5 with him.
my hand was like, so pain.
THEN again, RUNNING!
had to run 20 rounds around the netball court!
then they say can jog but cannot walk.
then they say last drop 5.
lol.
i heck care.
i ran the last for EVERY round.
then when at the 12th round or something, the guy say, 2 girls 3 boys run win him then rest for 3 rounds.
this time, i was hyped up.
and yeah!
i won him.
tgr with 4 guys.
pathetic.
i was the only girl.
then still, he let us rest.
then the next round, 4 girls 1 boy.
hahahas!
then all the seniors were like, actually u can run one right?
then i was like, no no~
then i say "u all ask me jog first then aftertht chiong marhs!"
then they were like, got meh. then the guy guilty. hahas.
in the end, had push ups.
FINALLY. they ask us do the girl's standard.
heng arhs.
but Debbie still cannot do..==
in the end she had to run netball court 1/2 rounds with another girl.
ended off with sit-ups.
a guy called Ryan was the IC for sec 1 guys.
and Debbie was the IC for sec 1 girls.
phew. finally went home at last.
